The ASHS Library is a vibrant, inclusive, and well‑used space at the heart of our school. It is a place where students come to read, research, collaborate, study, relax, and connect with others.

The library actively supports the school’s vision of Nurture. Empower. Inspire. by:

• providing a wide range of high‑quality, diverse collections in both physical and digital formats

• offering programmes that support learning, encourage participation, and showcase student voice and work

• fostering a love of reading through connections with authors and opportunities to read for pleasure

• developing critical thinking and strong information literacy skills

Our Library staff are passionate about books, learning, and information literacy. They are supported by a dedicated group of enthusiastic student librarians who play an important role in helping the library thrive.
